Our team, led by Margaret Rose Reid, are passionate about supporting others to develop their skills. We believe learning should be focused on both the individual and the outcome, as well as being interactive and fun.
Using a coaching style to deliver practical and effective training designed to be easily implemented, we make sure our participants are ready to apply what they’ve learned in the workplace straight away.
Training programmes can be delivered in-person, live online or as a combination, using GiraffePad, a learning platform, integrated with Zoom.
